I need to get the same thing done for another property.

The sellers of this house were about to go into foreclosure and I was able to come in, pay off their loan and get them a good amount of money in their pocket to move on with their life.

This was an interesting scenario because the wife was working 3 jobs, the husband has some medical issues preventing him from working, and she was just not able to keep up with the payments on the home.

After reaching out to us, we were able to negotiate a deal that worked for both of us. Unfortunately, she had some family and “friends” tell her she was making a mistake and could make more money so she walked away from the deal.

The seller ended up getting back in touch with us about 3 weeks later when she realized these people in her life did not know what they were talking about and had no alternative solutions to support their claims that she had other options, so we were able to pick up where we left off and prevent these sellers from going into foreclosure.

This house presented an opportunity we did not know about before purchasing it, because we were not able to actually walk the property before the purchase. When we got into the house, we realized we could turn one of the extra finished spaces into a 4th bedroom just by adding a closet. That allowed us to add about $20,000 in profit we had not accounted for in the beginning.
